    PAL Management offers financial options through a retail environment and other multiple channels.  As the Senior Systems Administrator for PAL Management you would work in a everyday changing environment while maintaining network infrastructure on a day to day operational basis and act as a trusted advisor by being the primary point of contact from IT for business line executives, managers and other key contacts. Provide administrative direction and support for the daily IT operations. Develop a compelling information technology strategy that contributes to the business growth.




    Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements)

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or information technology and or related field
    • 10+ years of previous IT experience with leadership responsibilities, managing groups and teams within retail and or finance industry


    • TCP/IP addressing, sub-netting, routing and VLANs
    • VMWare VSphere infrastructure
    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • Microsoft Windows Server 2008r2 and later
    • Office 365 / Microsoft Exchange
    • Firewall management
    • Telecommunications, network, PC and terminal operations
    • Applicable laws and regulations as they relate to technology issues
    • Proven experience in IT/Help desk management, planning, organization and development


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and management of the existing network infrastructure
    • Maintains vendor relationships including but not limited to company cell phones, company phones, internet service and any contract providers as they relate to the PAL Management I.T. infrastructure
    • Maintaining I.T. documentation, I.T. development, Telco systems and implementation of new systems
    • Monitors projects such as IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures and overall performance of the IT department
    • Conduct monthly one-on-ones to ensure goals are achieved on a timely basis and demonstrate a collaborative team approach that supports the development and success of the company
    • Identify areas of IT risks and develop options for eliminating or mitigating risks
    • Consistently creates and practices above the company standards
    • Builds and keeps relationships with internal departments as well as external vendors
    • Benchmark, analyze and report to Chief Information Officer recommendations to improve the infrastructure and I.T. systems
    • Plan updates, upgrades, and re-architecting projects to ensure the best alignment between the operating platforms and the company needs
    • Acquisition systems integrating with the IT frameworks of multiple entities are unified and optimized
    • Owning direct accountability for overall project/program delivery of your capability teams and vendors ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects that meet scope, timing, and cost goals
