    CashPass was founded in 2003, with the goal of providing financial resources to the “unbanked” and “underbanked”. The CashPass Pre-Paid card is a secure way for customers to manage their money without being charged excessive fees. The CashPass card is accepted anywhere in the world that Debit Visa is accepted as credit, debit, or ATMs.  CashPass is a subsidiary of PAL Management. 

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 1 year of previous customer service experience
    • 1 year of previous call center experience
    • Bilingual is preferred but not required

    Responsibilities

    • As a customer service representative for CashPass you would be responsible for the following: 
    • Answer customer calls regarding CashPass Cards – Activations, Pay by Phone, and Cardholders
    • Upgrade card holders
    • Issue and re-issue customer cards
    • Trouble shoot accounts
    • Take pay by phone calls
    • Verify enrollment failed ID’s
    • Track direct deposits
    • Inform customer of card benefits
    • Assist with marketing materials
    • Assist in process of returned cards
    • Assist with mailing out monthly statements
    • Assist with end of day reporting
    • Assist in managing online enrollments
    • Answer messages in Support Inbox
    • Answer customer messages in CST
    • Sell CashPass cards via inbound/outbound calls
